Business Developer

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Developer with a strong background in lead generation, IT sales, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential clients in SaaS, e-commerce, retail, and education sectors.
Generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, and other channels.
Qualify leads and schedule product demos for internal product teams.
Maintain CRM entries and track lead progress, follow-ups, and conversion status.
Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to improve pitch decks, proposals, and sales campaigns.
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion benchmarks.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or IT Sales (SaaS/Tech preferred).
Proven experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and closing sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and B2B outreach tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
Experience selling CRM, LMS, or marketing automation tools.
Prior exposure to international B2B sales (especially US, UK, or Singapore markets).
Understanding of SaaS product lifecycles or agency models.
Exposure to fast-growing SaaS platforms and next-gen tech stacks
