Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Developer with a strong background in lead generation, IT sales, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in SaaS, e-commerce, retail, and education sectors.

  • Generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, and other channels.

  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos for internal product teams.

  • Maintain CRM entries and track lead progress, follow-ups, and conversion status.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to improve pitch decks, proposals, and sales campaigns.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion benchmarks.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or IT Sales (SaaS/Tech preferred).

  • Proven experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and closing sales.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and B2B outreach tools.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
  • Experience selling CRM, LMS, or marketing automation tools.

  • Prior exposure to international B2B sales (especially US, UK, or Singapore markets).

  • Understanding of SaaS product lifecycles or agency models.
