We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team.

This role is client-facing, results-driven, and designed for someone who wants to drive business growth with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of acquiring new clients using any outreach channel you're skilled at.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with senior staff to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
  • Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International experience: Worked with international clients (UAE, Asia, US)
