Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated
Business Development & Sales Interns
(freshers) who are eager to learn and grow with our team. This role is perfect for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in
sales, client handling, and business development
.

You will work closely with the Business Development team to generate leads, interact with clients, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Maintain client databases and track business opportunities.
  • Learn and contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong communication and negotiation skills through real-time client interaction.

Requirements:

  • MBA Freshers / Students or pursuing graduation BBA, BCA or recently graduated (Any stream).
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
