Job Summary: We at VCIS Technology are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted strategies and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine business development strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business progress.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
