Main Responsibilities
  • Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop a comprehensive strategy for acquiring merchants, retailers from various segments.
    • Sourcing, generating, and closing new acquisition & activation signing leads.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage a team of direct sales professionals.
    • Coach and mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
  • Promotional Strategies:
    • Plan, formulate, and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
    • Travel across the city to develop a market.
  • Sales Targets:
    • Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques.
