- Coordinate admissions materials, events, and marketing strategies to achieve enrollment goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and guardians addressing their queries and concerns.
- Monitor and analyze trends in enrollment and marketing activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and manage admissions staff members to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Master's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Economics or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the education industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social networking campaigns and statistical analysis.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
