Job Title: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to ensure quality, information security, and environmental compliance across all locations globally. This position will manage compliance tasks required to maintain certifications and accreditations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the maintenance, improvement, and implementation of quality and information security management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO27001, ISO 17025, etc.
  • Draft and review documented policies and procedures within management systems.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits for each certification and accreditation.
  • Investigate departures from management systems and non-conforming work including corrective and preventive actions as appropriate.
  • Work with IT, HR, and SOC for security improvements and incident investigation.
  • Collect and analyze data preparing reports for management about performance of management systems and need for improvement.
  • Plan and organize recurring events such as management review, supplier assessments, risk assessments, backup testing, business continuity testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Quality Assurance or relevant disciplines.
  • Certified internal auditor on ISO27001 or equivalent.
  • CISM certification is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 required.
  • Knowledge in ESG preferred.
  • Highly competent with MS Office suite particularly Sharepoint Lists, Power BI, Power Automate, Word, Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint, Visio.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • MUST have a valid work permit for India.

  • Ability to offer insights both technical organizational take well-considered decisions when needed.
  • A background in software technology-minded attitude highly required.
  • Ability to clearly communicate processes technical matters through verbal conversation written documentation flowcharts.
  • Strong time management prioritization skills to handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Self-motivated plenty of initiative good ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail.
