Network Documentation Expert

As a Senior Network Documentation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive documentation framework for the network across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop a conventions framework for documenting network details in Confluence, including site-specific as-built diagrams, contacts, and network configurations.
- Create standardized templates for site documentation, runbooks, and design guidelines to ensure consistency and ease of access.
- Convert existing network design data into Lucid templates aligned with the new structure.
- Collaborate with the network team to gather data, understand site-specific details, and accurately represent the current network state.
- Pilot the documentation process on a subset of sites, serving as an example and training model for the team to follow for remaining and new sites.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new documentation structure.
