We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Network Automation Engineer to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in designing, implementing, and automating cloud-based network solutions.

This role will drive the transformation and automation of network operations, ensuring scalable, secure, and highly available connectivity across multi-cloud environments.

The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and implementing cloud networking architectures, leading the automation of network provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Python.

Additionally, the candidate should have strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages, and proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, in the context of infrastructure automation tools.

The candidate should also have familiarity with container networking (Kubernetes, service mesh), in-depth understanding of routing protocols, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing, and experience with multi-cloud hub spoke architecture and SD-WAN.

Preferred candidates would have certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, or similar, as well as familiarity with network observability tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps principles.

  • Design and implement cloud networking architectures in Azure, GCP and/or OCI.
  • Lead the automation of network provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Develop and enforce networking best practices and security standards.
  • Integrate network automation with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, collaborating with security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure optimal network performance and compliance.

They will also stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and processes.
