Strategic Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our strategic partnerships efforts. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain thorough understanding of company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive product/service consultations and guide client decision-making processes.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
  • Efficiently resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Meet sales/revenue targets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious graduate with a postgraduate degree from a reputable institution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
