Volody is seeking a highly driven Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our team in North America, Middle East and Africa region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make a direct impact on our company's growth.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), preferably in the SaaS industry within the North America & MEA market. They will be responsible for creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists within a defined territory, researching and building accounts, conducting high-level conversations with senior executives, and presenting sales pitches to potential prospects.

In this role, you will collect and track information that provides sales intelligence for our team, organizing and categorizing sales lead information into Hubspot. You will also collaborate with other departments to identify product improvements, modifications or changes that could enhance its overall performance and attractiveness of our platform.

To be successful in this position, you must be driven, ready to enter a fast-paced startup, and hungry to learn sales tools like Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Apollo, Seamless, ZoomInfo, Video Prospecting. You should be self-sufficient with a strong internal sense of urgency, hard-working, and humble. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, persistent follow-through on commitments to our customers, and be comfortable with delivering and receiving feedback.
