The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, execution, and performance management. This role is a key part of our organization's leadership team and will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and expansion
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirements:
Must have:
- Proven track record of sales leadership and business development
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and analysis
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
