Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by understanding client goals and managing agency resources to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Act as a client services representative and project manager to ensure seamless operations and provide best-in-class service and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including briefs, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create actionable schedules and monitor progress.
  • Communicate client requests and changes to internal teams and provide recommendations to enhance campaign objectives.
  • Provide regular business updates to senior management through scheduled status meetings.
  • Lead internal and client meetings efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in AEC businesses.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and agency perspectives.
  • Understanding of agency functional areas and how to engage them effectively.
  • Strong team player with high stress tolerance and flexibility.
