Strategic Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by understanding client goals and managing agency resources to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Act as a client services representative and project manager to ensure seamless operations and provide best-in-class service and solutions to clients.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including briefs, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create actionable schedules and monitor progress.
- Communicate client requests and changes to internal teams and provide recommendations to enhance campaign objectives.
- Provide regular business updates to senior management through scheduled status meetings.
- Lead internal and client meetings efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in AEC businesses.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and agency perspectives.
- Understanding of agency functional areas and how to engage them effectively.
- Strong team player with high stress tolerance and flexibility.
