Job Summary:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers. You'll be responsible for maintaining product positioning and strategies through regular communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage a sales team to drive business growth in the US and India operations.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective selling tools and materials.
  • Prepare and present proposals, solution documents, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain product positioning and strategies through regular communication with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology products, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in AI, RPA, and software development technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills, with a focus on building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Salary and Benefits:
