Senior Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Regional Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in the Greater Bengaluru Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, and overseeing account management.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve profitability.
  • Lead a sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and building strong client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Presentation regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, account management, and team management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Estimated Salary: ₹1800000 - ₹3500000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
