Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Leadership Manager to join our team at Vashi Integrated. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business results.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about emerging brands and products in the market to ensure the company's product mix remains competitive and meets customer demands.
  • Provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams on the evolving market needs and trends.
  • Utilize digital platforms such as Buy Online and the Enterprise Portal to enhance customer engagement and expand the customer base in the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within sales, business development, or similar functions.
  • Experience with digital platforms and customer management tools is a plus.
