About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled F&A Director of New Business to join our team at Befree Business Resourcing LLP. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in selling F&A solutions, preferably in the KPO/BPO/ITES industry. They should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a strong network of contacts and relationships in the F&A domain.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals with C-level executives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, provide market insights and feedback. The role requires the ability to lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring win-win agreements while maintaining profitability and risk management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in selling F&A solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A strong network of contacts and relationships in the F&A domain
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
