**Job Title:** Strategic Account Manager

Choice Equity Broking is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead our account management efforts. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and team leadership.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services and products.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Salary Range: ₹1,800,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum
