Senior Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Growth Manager to oversee and nurture our most important client accounts. This role requires a proven track record in account management, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will ensure their needs are met and drive their satisfaction.
- Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of key accounts to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to ensure goals are being met.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for key accounts.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and strategic plans.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance account success.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on key accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
