About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of accounting and/or finance experience, with a proven track record in team management and process improvement. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance or CA certification are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of Month End Close and daily accounting tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, working closely with the US-based team to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Administer and supervise the daily accounting work, emphasizing quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure that reports sent to clients are accurate and delivered within scheduled timeframes, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements for Success
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance or CA certification.
  • Proven experience in team management, with at least 15-20 team members under your leadership.
  • Prior experience in a Delivery Management role for a US-based firm.
  • Knowledge of US accounting systems and proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
