Senior Client Strategist

CrystalVoxx LLC Accounting Services is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Strategist to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. With a focus on key accounts, this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on key accounts. A Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. This position comes with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to ensure goals are being met.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for key accounts.
Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and strategic plans.
Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance account knowledge.
