Job Title: Customer Success Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Techify Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and retention through strategic planning, relationship management, and process improvement.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized strategies to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requests, and escalations.
- Analyze sales insights generated by the CRM to identify opportunities for improvement, process optimization, and client growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met with the highest level of quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
