Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Techify Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, helping them achieve their business goals through the successful use of our CRM and loyalty management platform.
With 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, you will have a proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in a B2B environment. Your expertise in CRM software and other customer success tools will enable you to provide strategic guidance and ensure that our clients get the most out of our services.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service and drive client success. Your ability to empathize with clients and advocate on their behalf will be crucial in ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, requests, and escalations
- Conducting gap analysis on key processes and providing actionable insights based on data captured from the CRM system
The estimated salary for this position is ₹20,00,000 per annum.
