Job Description

We're seeking an experienced US Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our growth efforts in the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

About Finsmart Accounting

Finsmart Accounting is a leading provider of offshore outsourcing solutions, helping US clients optimize their operations and achieve greater efficiency. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of Finsmart's business development efforts, with opportunities to travel onsite, meet clients, and contribute to the company's success in the offshore outsourcing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies to expand Finsmart's presence in the US outsourcing market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
