Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. As a Sales Executive at Triquench India Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales visits, and pipeline management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits and incentives.
