Job Summary:

  • Conduct Market Research: Identify new markets and customer requirements to drive business development initiatives.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM software to engage with potential clients.
  • Cold Calling: Perform cold calling to promote the company's products/services, utilizing scripts to highlight features, prices, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to discover new markets and customer needs, informing business development strategies.
  2. Email Template Creation: Design templates for email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication and engagement with target audiences.
  3. Sales Navigation: Utilize Sales Navigator to create and run email marketing campaigns, optimizing results and achieving sales goals.
  4. Crm Management: Manage CRM systems to track sales performance, maintain records, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A relevant degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.
  • Business Development Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Focused and Goal-Oriented: A focused and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales is ideal for this position.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
