About the Function
The MyPartner business unit was launched in 2020 with an ambitious goal to onboard more than 43k active travel agent partners within a short span. We have successfully achieved this milestone and continue to grow our customer base.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with travel agents, onboarding new partners, and driving growth through data analysis and market intelligence reports.
Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Connect and engage with travel agents to drive platform adoption
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue goals
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain partner relationships
- Build and analyze market intelligence reports
Negotiation and Partnership Development:
- Network with clients to identify opportunities for growth
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
Qualification and Experience:
A Master's degree from a reputable institute with 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must.
Estimated Salary: ₹40 Lakh - ₹60 Lakh per annum based on location (Ahmedabad) and experience.
