Strategic Business Growth Manager

Upedge Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that generate and engage with new clients, building new business for the company. As a key member of our team, you will be focused and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to think creatively to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion for Upedge Global Pvt Ltd.
- Relationship Development: Develop and maintain new relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to build trust and drive business growth.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute successful marketing strategies to reach new clients and generate leads or appointments.
- Reporting: Prepare and present various reports to senior management and stakeholders to demonstrate progress and success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven working experience as a business development manager in Offshore Outsourcing, preferably for Australian KPO.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, proficiency in English with Australian Accent.
- Market Knowledge: Market knowledge about Australian Business Houses and CPA Firms/CA firms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport, time management and planning skills, and the ability to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
