The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying potential business development opportunities through lead follow-ups and targeted research on key clients.
  • Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities effectively.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with the existing client portfolio.
  • Exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in B2B Account Management or B2B Sales/Account Executive roles, preferably within the IT Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder.
  • A team player who can manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
