Strategic Business Development and Sales Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development and Sales Growth Expert to join KTEK Talent solutions in Indore, M.P. Estimated salary: ₹ 8 lakhs - ₹ 12 lakhs per annum.
About the Role:This role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Pre-Sales:
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including RFPs and RFIs.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions to prospective clients.
- Address client queries and concerns during the pre-sales process, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales and implementation phases.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and pain points to provide exceptional customer service.
- Regularly update clients on new products, services, and industry developments.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on business development and pre-sales activities, including lead generation, sales pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development and pre-sales performance.
