HR Business Partner for Talent Development

About the Role
">This is a challenging role that involves being an HR business partner for our assigned groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering value-added services to management and employees, with a key focus on talent planning, fostering performance-driven cultures, improving talent engagement, and enhancing HR metrics.
">We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
">- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit for all HR-related matters.
- Provides HR guidance to line management when appropriate.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR-related activities for 150-200 employees.
">Responsibilities
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Supporting managers in effective implementation of goal-based assessment systems.
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the Corporate HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Managing and resolving employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Guiding the design of succession plans, role rotation plans, and providing career development options for key talent and critical positions.
- Identifying training needs for business units and participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Proposing changes for improved employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must possess:
">- An MBA graduate/MSW/M.A. Psychology (with 60% throughout) from a recognized university.
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar function in a reputed organization (preferably from the IT industry).
- Sound knowledge of all HR systems and processes, including manpower planning and recruitment, onboarding, induction and orientation, training need identification and coordination, performance management, employee engagement and talent development, employee relations and grievance management, attrition and retention management.
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to handle, analyze, and interpret data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team working.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum
