The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive growth objectives and future talent needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies that support organizational goals
  • Lead the design and implementation of change initiatives related to culture, performance management, recognition, and policies
  • Develop and manage workforce plans to ensure optimal team structures and effective talent pipelines
  • Drive key HR metrics such as retention and engagement
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver compensation, learning and development, and talent management initiatives
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of HR compliance and governance
  • Prior experience in digital tools and HRIS management is highly desirable
