The Role of an HR Business PartnerAs an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with business stakeholders to support the achievement of growth objectives and future talent needs. This involves working alongside the business and HR leadership to implement the HR strategy, ensuring optimal team structures for smooth functioning and driving governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with businesses to carve out and drive engagement agendas for teams.
- Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective while demonstrating common processes and consistent messaging.
- Understand business challenges to address organizational and people-related issues.
- Assist with change processes as the company navigates hyper-growth and scalability challenges.
- Partner with and manage senior stakeholders to tackle business problems.
- Participate in executing HR projects on a cluster level with the HR Head or Business Units.
Superpowers/ Skills Required:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably with a startup or fast-paced organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- A good understanding of HR Compliance & Grievances.
- Prior work experience in an Internet/e-commerce/Tech environment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools / HRIS Management.
Education Requirements:
Must hold an MBA in Human Resource Management from a Tier 1 or 2 College.
