Sales Executive

About the Role
At Destino Infotech Pvt Ltd, we're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive - Customer Acquisition, you'll be responsible for conducting online sessions with mothers of autistic/special children who have enrolled in our online packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online sessions to engage with customers and promote our services.
- Lead verification and qualification to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Set up Google Meet consultations for potential customers.
- Follow up with non-customers to maintain a strong relationship.
- Monitor and maintain daily records of calls, meetings, and customer interactions.
- Formulate effective communication channels with leads to drive conversions.
- Provide daily work reports to superiors.
- Meet or exceed a minimum 10% conversion rate monthly.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office, Google Meet, and SQL.
- Experience with website administration and data handling.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA, B.Ed, B.Com, BMS, BBA, or B.Psychology).
