The Opportunity

At Snaphunt, we're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our real estate projects and services.
  • Closing sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing sales revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

The Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
