About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team at ADCI - Karnataka. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them achieve their advertising goals and maximize their ROI.

Job Description:

  • Provide onboarding and optimization support to new and existing advertisers through 1:1 education and online trainings
  • Understand performance advertising and use various tools and techniques to fix campaign set-up and improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions for technical or implementation issues
  • Analyze account performance against key metrics to identify and implement optimization solutions
  • Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and insights

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales/marketing efforts with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Graduate degree with advanced German language skills (minimum B2.2 or above)

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
