Job Role Overview:

This is a full-time position for an experienced Branch Manager, overseeing Business Development in the region, daily operations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in a similar role, elevator industry experience, and business development skills. They should also be proficient in budgeting, financial management, and communication.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Sales/Business Development Role
  • Elevator industry experience of 5+ years in leading companies
  • Ability to understand and translate engineering drawing
  • Business development and strategic planning skills
  • Strong understanding of elevator industry standards and regulations
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering preferred
