  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To forge strategic partnerships across the region with financial institutions, non-banking financial companies, microfinance organizations, brokers, and corporate agents.
  • To identify and onboard new partners through consultative business-to-business engagements.
  • To present the company's capabilities in credit life insurance, broking services, corporate agency, and group insurance to potential clients.
  • To drive innovation in partnership models to enhance market penetration and achieve regional targets through partner channels.
  • To monitor and optimize the performance of existing alliances.
  • To develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with national objectives.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • To resolve escalations and ensure smooth operations across partner touchpoints.
  • To collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners.
  • To provide market intelligence and competition analysis to influence product strategy.
  • To lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives.
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
