
Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Lead to join our team.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand regional presence.
- Drive dealer onboarding, training, and support to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Engage with multinational corporations, enterprises, and project consultants in the region.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase solutions.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, documents.
- Closely coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electronics, IT, or Business Management).
- 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in Electronic Security Systems, ICT, Automation, or related industries.
- Strong background in dealer/channel management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
