Job Title: Regional Business Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Business Leader to drive revenue growth, oversee critical performance metrics, and lead a team of professionals in a region.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in B.Design or Civil Engineering or equivalent, with at least 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out business, operating role managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • A strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively are essential.
  • A structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are required.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including direct team reporting, are necessary for success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and oversee critical performance metrics in a region.
  • Lead a team of professionals, including Business/Design Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, and other specialists.
  • Develop an ecosystem for successful design experiences both for internal teams and customers.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team member satisfaction.
