Job Title: Transformation Leader

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

You will oversee end-to-end transitions to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) from various regions and businesses or handle projects for new process / technology implementation. You will create transition / project plans and maintain comprehensive documentation to capture and deliver process performance and success criteria.

Key responsibilities include providing transparency and visibility to senior leadership on the transition / project journey, highlighting risks/issues/challenges timely, and following the organization's transition / project methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines, and quality.

Additionally, you will be responsible for owning, governing, and enhancing the transition / project methodology as required, while working closely with senior stakeholders to drive transitions, projects & change across the organization.

Effective stakeholder management with both onshore and offshore teams throughout the various transition stages is essential for this role. You will act as a guide and support 'lite' transitions managed within business functions.

Furthermore, you will lead special projects and process improvement initiatives for GCC, manage transition opportunities to create new roles and service offerings for GCC, and take accountability for transitions & projects end-to-end and complete them in time & within budget.

This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing large-scale transitions, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes through process improvements.
