Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Amazon, a leading e-commerce company and an inclusive employer that values diversity and inclusion. As a Senior Account Manager II, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing high-volume sellers for the Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA) program.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard large CSBA accounts, ensuring seamless integration into the program.
  • Manage and support a portfolio of existing large CSBA accounts, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to regain attrited large CSBA accounts, leveraging your relationship-building skills and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, product managers, and marketing teams to align on business goals, drive key initiatives, and resolve operational issues.
  • Work closely with internal partner teams to provide a holistic and responsive service to CSBA sellers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Interface with external partners, presenting CSBA performance, gathering feedback, and expanding the program.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, relationship building, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving business results and improving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong relationships, driving business growth, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management responsibilities.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per yearLocation: North America and Germany
