Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success and Growth who combines client engagement, account management, product evangelism, and business development with data engineering knowledge.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and customer satisfaction.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, driving product strategy and client satisfaction.
- A proven track record in business development with at least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential leads and opportunities within target market segments.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including setting sales targets and creating market penetration plans.
- Create impactful presentation and pitch decks to showcase our offerings.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize revenue from each client relationship.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including data engineering, AI, and enterprise application development.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and emerging trends in software technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Estimated Salary: ₹30 lakhs - ₹50 lakhs per annum
