About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Client Service: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure seamless resolution.
- Collaborating with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex client issues, leveraging your analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Driving Account Growth: Develop account plans to enhance service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Media & Entertainment industry, with a strong track record of delivering excellent client outcomes.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Creative Problem-Solving: A proven ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems, thinking creatively to deliver results.
