Bik seeks an experienced Senior Client Growth Manager to lead our Customer Success team.

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. Proven experience managing high-performing teams of 10+ professionals across different time zones.
  2. A track record of driving revenue growth exceeding $5 million.
  3. Hands-on expertise in building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and fostering transparency within processes.
  4. Global SAAS experience with a deep understanding of client needs.

The Senior Client Growth Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building and executing strategies to drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention efforts.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and reduce churn rates.
  • Maintaining transparency through reporting and analytics tools like HubSpot.
