Job Description
">We are seeking a seasoned Customer Retention Manager to join our team at Simplotel Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth through exceptional relationship-building, strategic planning, and tactical execution.

Requirements and Qualifications
