Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Growth Specialist to join our team at ACL Digital, specializing in Embedded Technologies. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor landscapes to inform sales strategies and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to further expand ACL Digital's presence in the Embedded Technologies space.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction, providing actionable insights to enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, particularly within the Embedded Technologies domain.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, negotiation techniques, and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to diverse client cultures and personalities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
