Job Description: Senior Client Growth Manager

As a Senior Client Growth Manager at Capillary Technologies, you will work closely with the Business Head to manage key clients and ensure world-class service experience. Your full P&L responsibility will be for customer relationships owned, managing and growing existing clients while understanding and analyzing existing business and identifying opportunities to scale it up.

You will initiate and prioritize projects, track business development, cross-sell, and up-sell. Engaging closely with the account management/delivery/implementation training team, you will help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business data, financial information, and commercial needs of clients to evaluate business opportunities and reach cost-effective solutions
  • Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with people at all organizational levels
  • Navigate networking in the region with prospects/industry representatives and represent Capillary at regional/national events
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 4-8 years of experience in understanding retail, digital, CRM/loyalty analytics space. Proven records of driving results in high-growth company environments are essential. Strong team management skills and competencies are also required.

A demonstrated record of success in goal-oriented, highly accountable business environments is crucial. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other teams – Account Management, Delivery, Product Management, Analytics, etc. – is necessary.

Candidates should possess professional demeanor, superior phone skills, excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. A deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth, and a passion to build Capillary's position in the industry are also required.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
