About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Team Lead to join our team at DMI Finance Private Limited.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing outbound sales team, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand product offerings, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive timely, responsive, and personalized support throughout their journey with us.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive team success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 8-12 years of experience in sales leadership or management roles within the banking or insurance industry.
  • A MBA from a premier institution.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
