Lead Generation and Outbound Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Generation and Outbound Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team at Blockchain Staffing Ninja. This role involves identifying potential prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), engaging in various outbound activities to initiate conversations, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for qualified leads for the sales team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in lead generation, outbound outreach, and lead qualification for the US/APAC market. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, and the ability to conduct in-depth research on prospects and target accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with potential customers.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to source and compile a list of qualified leads.
- Tailor outreach messages to address the specific pain points and needs of the prospects, ensuring relevance and engagement.
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT).
- Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the Business Development (BD) and Sales teams.
- Regularly update the sales funnel to reflect the current status of leads and opportunities.
- Work closely with the BD and Sales teams to understand feedback on lead quality and refine outreach strategies accordingly.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and lead qualification for the US/APAC market.
- Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to gather and analyze key information about prospects.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot for lead management and tracking.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the BD and Sales teams.
- A go-getter attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
